2026 S.T.A.R.S. Summer Camp Registration Form

 

Please fill out a form for each child attending camp. Scroll to the bottom under signature to save and resume if you need more time.

A complete/updated valid health form may be uploaded as a PDF on this registration, or a copy may be sent in to the Upper Campus in a "Summer Camp" labeled envelope no later than June 1st for review.

Once you register, there are no refunds or transfers. Current student families will see a charge for the full amount on Blackbaud a month after registering. Newly accepted student families must send in a check payable to Saint Ignatius Loyola School to the Upper Campus in a labeled “Summer Camp” envelope.

Late fees begin after Friday, May 15th.
